Yes. We have a dedicated parking spot less than 100 yards from the property that is very easy to access. There is also a couple of spots where you can pull up close to the property and unload/load your belongings / Shopping etc. If you need parking for more than 1 car there is a car park another 100 yards. See the map below with exact location.
Yes. There is a well stocked CO-OP about 300 yards away. Great for all the essentials. There is also a selection of larger supermarkets in Wadebridge for the bigger shopping trips you may wish to do.
Yes. But check with the agents if you wish to bring your own. The linen includes all bedding and towels for 4 guests plus hand towels in the bathroom and downstairs toilets. We also provide Kitchen drying up towels and oven gloves.
Yes. The TV has all of the latest streaming apps – However, dont forget to sign out when you leave. You can also bring your firestick with you if you wish.
Yes. We have great free WiFi available.
Yes. There is a lovely kettle BBQ great for those summer evenings. Why not try a lobster or fresh mackerel from the fish cellars in the village or better still freshly caught from a days fishing trip out of Padstow.
Yes. The chip shop (Port Isaac Fish and Chips) is about 500 yards down the road. There is also a Pasty shop, a Pub and a number of other local shops and places to eat. Check out the Local Information page.
The cottage was originally built in the mid 1800. However, it recently underwent a major renovation, including a new extension of an extra bedroom. You can see the extent of the renovation here.
Please check with our booking agents for the latest booking policies including check in and check out times as these vary during the year (Port Isaac Bay Holidays). They also try very hard to meet any special arrangements you might have – just ask.

No. Sorry, smoking is not allowed in the property.
The cottage is regularly assessed for all of the relevant safety checks. We have mains interconnected smoke/heat/Carbon dioxide sensors and alarms covering the whole cottage. There is a fire blanket in the Kitchen, fire extinguishers and safety torches on each floor. In addition, a PAT test is undertaken each year.
Yes. However, it has quite steep steps and there is a small drop on the outside patio.
Port Isaac is built on a very steep hillside. As such there are many steep hills. The cottage has two entrances, one of which has a steep set of steps for access. Once inside the property it is all very accessible apart from the stairs which are quite steep.
