“A wonderful week in Port Isaac”
The location in Port Isaac is very good, as it is only about a 5-minute walk from the harbor (and almost all restaurants/pubs), but also only a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. The associated parking space is ideally located about 2 minutes from the house – perfect for a stress-free arrival and departure, as you don’t have to go into the narrow streets of the village. The house is in a very quiet location (except for screeching seagulls) and is absolutely fully and tastefully furnished in the “Cornish style”. Everything looks new and is in excellent condition (including the wood-burning stove). There’s even a small sea view from the terrace.
Die Lage in Port Isaac ist sehr gut, da nur rund 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen (und nahezu allen Restaurants/Pubs), aber auch nur 5 Gehminuten vom Supermarkt entfernt. Der zugehörige Parkplatz befindet sich in optimaler Lage rund 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt – perfekt für eine stressfreie An- und Abreise, weil man nicht in die engen Gassen des Dorfes muss. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig (mit Ausnahme kreischender Möwen) und ist absolut komplett und geschmackvoll im “Cornish-Style” ausgestattet. Alles wirkt neu und ist hervorragend instand (auch der Holzofen). Von der Terrasse aus gibt es sogar ein klein wenig Meerblick.

“Beautiful cottage in a prefect location”
Beautiful cottage! Great location only a few steps from the port and centre of Port Isaac with its shops and restaurants, a private parking space is located a few steps from the cottage and there is a coop shop nearby. The cottage has recently been renovated, everything is very nice, comfortable and clean. It is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen, and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. I loved that there were about 12 pieces of everything (plates, cutlery, etc) so that you don’t constantly need to clean up after yourself. The dishwasher and washing machine were also a big plus when travelling with small children. We loved our stay in Port Isaac and exploring the area. Next time we are in Cornwell, we would definitely stay here again!

“Fantastic cute cottage”
We loved this cute cottage. They thought of everything. Great location, chipper and ice cream around the corner. Co-op shop at top of the hill. Short walk to lovely shops and restaurants. The cottage is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Lovely welcome pack and milk in the fridge. It’s a lovely place to come back to relax after touring around. Park space very close, less than a minute walk. We’ll be back. Ps: for Doc Martin fans, back garden looks onto the Docs house which was a bonus.

“A great time in a beautiful place and wonderful accommodation“
This was one of the most beautiful holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Flooded with light, high-quality and stylish furnishings, and everything very clean. There was a very nice terrace with a great view. The area is fantastic for hiking.
Das war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in dem wir jemals waren. Lichtdurchflutet, hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Es gab eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Gegend ist fantastisch zum Wandern.
This was one of the most beautiful holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Flooded with light, high-quality and stylish furnishings, and everything very clean. There was a very nice terrace with a great view. The area is fantastic for hiking.

“Beautiful, very well equipped property in excellent location.”
The location was great, a very short walk to the harbour with plenty of excellent eateries (although a steep climb back up to the house!). The house was really lovely, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The weather was changeable whilst we were there but we were able to sit out on a couple of occasions, which was very nice as the rear garden is a real sun trap. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was very good. We would happily return.

Easy walking distance into the centre and parking is literally 2 minutes walk away which was actually easier as we didn’t have to manoeuvre the narrow busy streets. The lady on the desk at Port Issac Bay holidays was really friendly and helpful and we were lucky in being able to check in earlier. Port Issac is beautiful and a perfect base for walkers. I’m missing it already

Beautiful view that could be enjoyed from the small garden. Special plus: private parking, steps away from the house. A big advantage in Port Isaac. Restaurants, pubs, Tearooms and the harbor are close by, and there is a Coop within walking distance. All in all, a wonderful stay!!!
